Lynette integrates skilled hands-on massage therapy with holistic lifestyle education, emphasizing efficient body usage, remedial exercises, and proper ergonomics. Treatments with Lynette foster relaxation, pain relief, and stress reduction. She brings a trauma-informed sensitivity to her deeply healing and grounding style of care.

Lynette Segal

I have had the honour and privilege to be working as a massage therapist for thirty years. With specialties spanning sports, peri/post-natal, post-surgical, geriatric, and end of life massage, I bring a trauma-informed sensitivity to this deeply healing and embodying form of care.

My career as a professional contemporary dancer, choreographer and educator has provided infinite bridges between my life pursuits, and continue to creatively inspire me.

My current interests include diving into the art, science and often untapped healing powers of breathing, offering workshops in Guelph and Toronto with my partner. Camping, running, cycling, weight training, cold immersion(!) and hosting big dinners with our children, family and friends take up the rest of my ever grateful waking time.
